Ice Age 3's world record attempt

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment broke the Guinness World Record for the tallest ice sculpture during the week. The 48-foot-8-inch creation, reaching over four stories high, broke the previous record by nearly 8 feet. Which got us thinking, could we get our names in the Guinness Book of World Records? But obviously going to significantly less effort (and expense than the Twentieth Century Fox guys)...
