General: If you've been waiting for a Blu-ray release to convert you away from DVDs, this may just be it. The Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller collaboration on Sin City gives the format the perfect chance to show off its superior screen reslution, theater quality sound and interactive features. If you didn't see this movie in theaters, the Blu-ray release should go some way to making up for what you missed out on. Dark, edgy and the benchmark that all serious comic book adaptations should be judged against.
Bonus features: In addition to the two versions of the film, the 8 (yes, eight) hours of bonus features, there are two exclusive to Blu-ray features. Firstly, Kill 'em Good is an interactive movie/game comprizing stylized 3D backgrounds and genuine art from the novels from the point of view of Marv (Mickey Rourke). Secondly, there's Cine-Explore - an interactive visual commentary with the filmmakers.
